What version of Debian is supported by ggRock?
The purpose of this article is to provide timely and accurate information regarding OS support requirements for the ggRock server application.
ggRock supports Debian 11 (Bullseye)
Debian 11 (Bullseye) EOL and Debian 12 (Bookworm) Release Timeline:
- August 14, 2021: Debian 11 (Bullseye) released.
- June 18, 2023: Debian 12 (Bookworm) released.
- August 14, 2024: Debian 11 (Bullseye) regular security support ends.
- August 31, 2026: Debian 11 LTS support ends.
Debian 11 LTS continues until August 31, 2026.
Note:
No additional configuration is needed on existing Debian 11 systems to continue receiving security updates through the LTS window.
