Resetting a User's Password
1. Search the username and then select "View Profile".
2. Click "More actions" on the upper right side of the user profile screen and select "Reset password" in the dropdown menu.
3. A confirmation pop-up will appear to verify that you want to reset the user's password. Click "Reset" to confirm the action.
4. At the next PC login, the user will be shown the registration form where they can change their password. The ggLeap password requirements are at least a six-character password.
NOTE: The user can also reset their password via the client by clicking the "Can't Login?" link on the login screen.
It will send the password reset link to their registered email address and they should be able to change it from there. Additionally, they should make sure that the email they have in their account is a valid and working email address for it to work.
