Esportal AntiCheat Causes Systems Freezes and Slowness
This article describes a (yet-unresolved) issue which corresponds to the installation of the Esportal software on a ggRock-managed Machine.
Problem
After installation of the Esportal client software (particularly the anti-cheat software) client Machines run extremely slowly and causes all apps to be slow to start.
Solution
Remove the Esportal software and the Esportal anti-cheat software.
Additional Information
At this time there is little information available about Esportal. It is not recommended to install this software until the ggRock development team and/or Esportal development team arrive at a solution. Installation of this software currently results in large amounts of data being read, which causes extreme slowness of client Machines.
