Activity Tracker

Click "Activity Tracker" on the left side portion of the web admin.

Look for the order that you want to refund and click "Transaction" under the "Details" column.

Click the "Refund" button on the receipt page.

Then on the pop-out window, set the amount of item/s to be refunded and click "Refund".

View Profile

Search for the user in the Dashboard and view the user's profile.

You can also go to "View Profile" by clicking the username on the list of logged-in users in the Dashboard (applies both to list and graphical views).

Look for the "Offers" section on the lower right side portion of the user's profile. Click on the square icon on the offer that needs to be refunded under the "Active" tab.

You will be taken to the receipt page where the offer can be refunded.

Statistics

Click on "Statistics" in the left side portion of the web admin.

Click "View details" in the "Sales" section of "Statistics" (located on the upper left side). Optional: if you are looking for an older transaction, you can use the "Custom range" filtering to open the sales record of a particular date.

Sales are organized by categories. In the example below, we are looking at the sales breakdown report by product. Look for the order to be refunded based on the correct category.

Click on the three dots button on the rightmost side of the transaction you want to refund and click "Refund" on the dropdown menu.

Once you are on the receipt page, proceed with refunding the transaction.

Add/Remove Time - Legacy Mode

If you have this feature enabled, you will be able to remove time and process a refund based on the amount of time that will be removed. Take note that this will only apply to the time that was added using the Legacy mode.

Search for the user in the Dashboard and view the user's profile.

Under the "Time" section of the user's profile, click the three dots button and select "Remove time" on the drop-down menu.

On the pop-up window, enter the amount of time to be removed, then click the "Remove Time" button. If the "Remove" button remains inaccessible, it could mean that you are either trying to remove too much time or there's no time added using Legacy mode.

Client Orders

Click "Orders" on the left side portion of the web admin.

Click on the "Transactions" tab and look for the order that you want to refund.

Look for the transaction that you want to refund and click the three dots button on the rightmost side. Select "Refund" on the dropdown menu.

Once you are on the receipt page, proceed with refunding the transaction.
