The Dashboard is the first screen that you will see when you login to the web administrator. Here is a quick overview of what is available within the Dashboard.


1. User search

This is where you will search for an existing user. Here you can search by name, username, email and phone number. When search results are visible you can click the three dots to the right of the user to perform different tasks from a dropdown menu.


2. Add new user

Add new user allows you to create a new user into the system. You are only required to enter a username and the rest of the information can be supplied by the user in client registration. Once you have added the user name you can choose to "Save" or "Save + Shop" which will allow you to add offers and products to the account.

3. Stats

The "Stats" button at the top will give you general real time data of what is going on in your shop, you can see sales totals, computers available and more.


4. Shift Management

Shift management allows you to start and end an employee's shift. Click here to see more information about Shift management.


5. PC Views

To change PC view simply click on the change view buttons located on the upper right side of the screen. The Dashboard will change view depending on the button you will select.

6. PC List

The PC List shows the names and status of the PCs in your store. Actions can be taken on any PC node (or user if there is one logged in) in both the list or graphical view.

7. Status column

This column will show the current state of the PC.

8. Username column

Shows the username that is logged in to the PC.

9. Applications column

Shows what applications the user currently has open on the PC.

10. Group column

Identifies the group that the PC belongs to. This is in the case that if a center charge different rates on each PC groups, these PCs can be identified.

11. Time To Logout column

Amount of time before this user will be logged out. This takes into account all active offers that are on the user's account.

12. Last Seen column

Last seen means the last time that the PC sent a "heartbeat" notification (communication message) to its respective server.

13. Console Dashboard

The console dashboard is the area where you organize your consoles and log users in manually to track their time.
